Biography
Reinhard von Hennigs is an associate in the Atlanta office of NELSON MULLINS RILEY & SCARBOROUGH, L.L.P. practicing in the areas of international business transactions, real estate, real estate investments and trust, international investment, international litigation, and civil law. Mr. von Hennigs also consults clients involved in German-American litigation proceedings.
Mr. von Hennigs has written several publications on Real Estate Investment
Trusts (REITs), on U.S. Torts and on German investment strategies in the
United States. He speaks German, English and French. Mr. von Hennigs is
admitted to the Berlin Bar. He is a member of the American Bar Association
and the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT).
Mr von Hennigs is the president of the German American Law Association
in Atlanta (GALA).
