Biography
From 1995 till 1999 Iris Beckmann studied political science,
German literature, media science and law at Philipps-Universität Marburg
and Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn. In summer 1999
she took part in a one-semester exchange program with Charles-University,
Prague. In September 1999 Iris Beckmann continued her studies with a Master
course in "International Relations and European Studies"at the
University of Kent at Canterbury . She finished with a Master of Arts in
September 2000. Since May 2001 Iris Beckmann is a doctoral student with
Prof. Dr. Dietmar Herz, Universität Erfurt, and works on public policies
for start-ups and their role for regional economic development. |
